On Working Toward Self Awareness
I don’t know exactly how it happened. I’m sure it wasn’t just the car ride I remember so well that influenced me in such a way. It is a memory that stands out from the rest. We were driving to church and my older brother wouldn’t be quiet. And I remember my mom saying, “Clay, can you please be quiet? Look at your sister. See how quiet she can be?
