Beverly McEntire - Coach + Group Facilitator

Beverly fought valiantly for her marriage after discovering the years of betrayal and deceit her husband introduced into their relationship. Her divorce was finalized in May 2023, ending a 49-year marriage. The journey her recovery from betrayal trauma and PTSD has taken her on has been truly life-changing. She has benefited from support groups, counseling, and coaching.

From recovery support resources, Beverly has learned to have boundaries, detach, practice meaningful self-care, listen to her body and nervous system, and practice somatic healing. She has found much healing by hiking and listening to God’s creation. During recovery, Beverly returned to school and received a Master of Arts degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in positive psychology. These studies were another large part of her healing process. She learned the importance of gratitude, the hero’s (or heroine’s!) journey, and post-traumatic growth. Beverly learned that her core values were spirituality, honesty, learning, adventure, and appreciation of beauty. To live in integrity, she is true to her values.

Currently, Beverly is in a PhD program with Liberty University studying Psychology: Theology. She is working toward certification with the International Coaching Federation and is a coach candidate with the Association of Partners of Sex Addict Trauma Specialists (APSATS).

Beverly would love to partner with you and coach you on your unique recovery journey. Her desire is to support partners as they heal and discover what they desire for their future.
